The Ballad of Princess Fluffington III
Princess Fluffington III, a Persian so grand,
Her fur like a cloud, her demands? Unplanned!
She sits on her throne (my favorite chair),
With a regal "Mew! Step back, peasant—beware!"
At noon, she expects her kibble served just right,
Not a minute past twelve, or she'll put up a fight.
She'll stare at her bowl with a judgmental glare,
As if I've committed a crime most unfair.
Her grooming routine takes up half of my day,
I brush and I comb while she turns away.
"Mom, this is torture!" her face seems to say,
Yet she'd look like a mop if I didn't obey.
She knocked over my level—it rolled off the shelf,
Then she yawned and she stretched, quite proud of herself.
The water bowl? Splashed! The plants? On the floor!
She's redecorating—who could ask for more?
At three in the morning, she starts her parade,
Zooming through hallways like some grand cavalcade.
She'll pop on my toes, then give me "the stare,"
As if I'm the odd one for sleeping up there.
But when she curls up, such a sight to refer,
I forgive all her crimes—yes, I'm loyal to her.
For Princess Fluffington, fluffy and round,
Is the furriest tyrant I've ever been around!
She rules with an iron paw wrapped in soft fur,
A Persian princess—long live her!
